	How to register Please fill out "registration form", and pay the registration fee at the Information desk. Please note that we can only accept the payment by cash (Japanese yen) on the day of the congress. Credit cards are not acceptable.We would appreciate if you could prepare the fee in just amount with no change. A name card and a holder as well as "The 42nd Japanese occupational therapy congress program (Japanese)" will be given in exchange. Fill out your name, and the name of institution you belong and put it in the holder. You are required to have your name card holder during the congress.

	Registration desk You can register for the reception party at the Information desk, too. Please prepare the fee in just amount.
	Reception  Fee  7,000 yen (Pre-registration fee: 6,000 yen)

	About the name card holder While you are in a congress place, please keep your holder at clear sight. We may refuse the entrance of the person who failed to do so, except at the exhibition rooms and the lecture hall open to public.
	Mobile telephone Please turn it at silent mode or turn it off by all means in a congress place.
	Photography, recording Recording, taking pictures or taking video in a congress place is strictly forbidden, we would appreciate your cooperation.
